I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of my clients individual needs to help attain the personal growth they’re striving for. I help individuals (adults, teens and children), couples and families with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues to connect, build healthy relationships, and develop skills needed to diminish conflict, manage stress of life challenges and create opportunities for change, growth and fulfillment. I will gently support and guide your exploration of circumstances, milestones, history of trauma, grief or loss, relationship dynamics (including parenting support and couples counseling), patterns of thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and experiences to help you regain a sense of self, purpose and control. You’ll learn how gaining self-awareness, acceptance and understanding can illuminate hope and possibilities for creating great change.
As appropriate, or requested by clients, my specialized training in Art Therapy can be utilized as a therapeutic tool for bridging gaps in communication with couples, kids and their parents and for accessing and expressing thoughts and feelings that may be painful or difficult to address verbally. No artistic skill, previous training, or experience is necessary.
