Rates
My standard fee is $200 for one 50-minute hour session with an individual. 

Insurance
A superbill for your insurance company can provided upon request.
I no longer accept insurance as payment.

Payment
Cash, check and credit cards, and Zelle payments are accepted. Payment is due in full by the end of each session. Credit card on file will be charged following your session, unless payment is made by cash or check. 

Cancellation Policy
Therapist must be notified by phone or email 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment time to avoid charges.
If the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to your appointment (session) time, or you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment, you are still responsible for paying, and your credit card will be charged the full cost of the session. Please note insurance does not cover missed sessions.
